No. My partner does not irritate me and if she did, I don't have a problem telling her that her behavior is bothering me.

He keeps screwing his girlfriend on the lounge when you're trying to watch TV.

He never lets go of the past. If we have an argument or misunderstanding he just doens't let it go. I forget quickly....he mashes the crap on his face and mine over and over again. UGH!!! I hate that.

I am no longer married. What irritates me is two little mooches that come over here with my granddaughter who immediately go into the kitchen and begin trashing it out and gobbling up whatever food their slimy little hands come into contact with. I cannot wait until they are ALL back in school where they belong.

Of course my partner irritates me so much that I lose my temper. If he didn't do that then he'd be more like a roommate or a casual acquaintance. Anybody who tells you that their partner doesn't irritate them or anger them is either a liar or a person who lacks passion.
My husband and I fight with as much passion as we love and I like it that way.
The second part of your question, HOW does he irritate me:
There are a lot of things he does that are quirky and irritating but I look past them because they are part of our living together. He puts my bras in my underwear drawer when he does laundry, when he dries his hands on the bathroom towel he hangs it up all bunched up and sloppily, he leaves his razor on the sink in the morning, he leaves his closet doors open when he undresses at night and if I get up in the middle of the night I will inevitably bang into one of them on my way to the bathroom....the list goes on. But I don't bit ch or complain or fight, I just accept these things and on occasion he will do something that really matters and it hurts or angers me and then the irritants boil over into a lost temper.
BUT!!!!! Fighting is therapuedic. It unclogs the pores =)
