    It's always welcome to be chosen by the person asking the question to receive the best answer however it is never expected.Not too many on here select a best answer,or they tend to give it to their friends,that's fine by me however I do not like getting best answer by voting,in this case the questioner has given no regard to the people who responded to their question.I often ask myself what was their reason for asking the question in the first place if they do not read the responses and select their best answer !
