I don't count calories. You can enjoy food in smaller portions. It's all about moderation.
Follow the 5:2 diet...eat whatever you like for 5 days, restrict your calorie input to 500 for two. It works!
No it isn't. It's any two days of the week, and there's more to it than just weight loss. Your body goes into total repair mode while you're on it. My friend is too lazy to count calories, so for her two days she doesn't eat at all, but has to drink water. She's lost 10 pounds in 10 weeks, safely. You do what you like, but at at least check out THE most revolutionary eating plan you'll ever see in your life. Ignore it at your peril!

LOL. yeah, it sucks. I used to count calories but I don't do it anymore. I eat whatever I want but I make sure to not to overdo it. I do enjoy food ;D
