Don't you love it when people do not read the details on the questions that are posted?

Its like now, most of whom will answer will not read this part. People are always doing things without reading everything and just jump at things lol.

you should test people

some people do that.. the next question you post tell people to add something to their answer like a smile or a cirle O

and if they do.. you know they read it.. if they don't .. there you go

Yeah, sometimes the details change how the question should be answered, or the sort of vibe the question gives.
I usually read the details, and sometimes I think there SHOULD be details when the asker's question is vague. But I'm also guilty of sometimes not taking the time to read the details before I answer. But if the question is really based on the details, and I don't feel like reading the details, I usually don't answer.
And if this question is based off a previous question you asked and it's answers, I'm just getting back into Q&A after an hour break or so, so I may not be answering in context.
=)

i love it when people ask a yes or no question that you'd answer opposite ways depending whether you were reading the large or small print.
i do read the fine print, though.

It's very simillar to that game we played as kids. About 20 of you sat in a circle, and you told the one to your left a short story, and told them to pass it on to the next person on their left until it did the complete circle. The end result that came back to you was a completly different story to the one you told.

Well, I usually do. However, just a few days ago, the large print gave me the impression the question was asking something simple and so I answered it. After I submitted, I went back and read the fine print closer and discovered I had misunderstood the intention of the question.

The next day I got a message saying my answer was picked as best by the asker. Go figure. Maybe I should answer more often without reading the details.
