I don't know about most, because the issues that many people have are very real and can invade every corner. Some people are going to carry those issues at the front of their minds no matter where they are. However, I do find that taking the time to sit in the sunlight for a while can relieve some of my stress and make me stop and just breathe for a while. It's nice to be reminded of the wide world and to smell the air and remember what's going on with nature. Makes my problems seem a bit less important. And that vitamin D is good stuff.
