The problem with the news lady is that she speaks to me when I am buying the newspaper. I don't want her to speak to me. I just want to hand over the money and get the product. If I wanted someone to speak to me I'd find a friend.
So no. I do not want my coworkers to behave like the newslady. I want them to just do their job, keep quiet, and stay out of my way...like professionals

That would be awesome. There's one person here ruining that scenerio. She'll be going away on vacation soon next month (hopefully).

My co-workers are polite and nice. If they weren't, they wouldn't be working with me and I wouldn't have them on the payroll.
