Resolved Question

Dr. OZ stated if we learn to eat properly and exercise then we would benefit from paying extra health cost.?

Or should I say higher health cost. What do you guys think?

Only as long as the insurance companies allow that to happen. As is now, they have no reason to reduce your cost for health insurance. if you are like most people and get your insurance from your place of employment, you cannot reduce your cost anyway. the only way Dr. Oz's reasoning is valid is if you have an individual plan.

Eating healthy foods definitely are a pretty hefty cost financially for some, however how much would you pay for extra time??

Good healthy food is available at reasonable prices at the supermarket, a can of tuna can be as low as 60 cents. A can of chicken for chicken salad can be as low as $1.83
you can get a whole chicken for 3 to 5 dollars, produce is not that expencive either and you have the option of fresh, caned or frozen. There is no reason to poison your self with a truck load of grease and corn syrup.
