    Yes, and it's never easy. If the "spark" isn't there any more in the relationship, then what's the point of continuing it, right?

    Yes.

    It was really sad and disappointing, but I also can't be in a relationship with someone who obviously doesn't want to be in a relationship with me anymore.

    I painfully had to ask him to make a decision about our relationship because I could feel that he was drifting away. He admitted that he was drifting away so the relationship ended as soon as he admitted that. It was one of the hardest things, but at the same time very empowering.
