you know the type they live in morbid fear that you are going to say or do something that is going to embarrass them that they absolutely refuse to hang around you and start spreading a bunch of lies about you, Now I always thought friends were suppose to accept friends for who they are...

    No but I have some friends that can once in a year make me feel like they will embarrass me beyond belief yes.

    It remains important to consider what friendship means to you, there are no standards for everyone.

    yea well people need to get over those problems with being embarrassed all that is cause stress and all stress does is cause health problems in short its just not worth it...

    There's two parts of this story, but both solutions are easier said than done. You make a reasonable point though... that I can admit.

    I tolorate no such people in my life. I would have no friends with that attitude. That "friend" is no friend to you either; he is a burdon to be dumped. He can't be good for your self esteem.
