    That depends on which type of Bat you mean ? some keep insect levels down, other spread seeds for regrowth.

    To say its fun to hang upside down when you sleep, at times u can use one sense for another - like how they use their ultrasonic(so cool) sound to navigate...nocturnal & sleeping all day is fun....Oh come on, leave the poor bats out of this !
