    It means take your *** to the hospital .
    If it's stones and block something off and a kidney ruptures you can go septic and die.

    Could be a kidney infection.

    Get it tested or if you don't want to drink plenty of water and cranberry juice for a few days to see if it improves.

    could be lower lumbar strain from pushing something ot heavy or pulling something too heavy, best to take painkillers and dotn work
