Inspect if the cables are correctly inserted into the router before getting back up and walking to the computer to see if the internet works again. Other reasons to leave the computer include, usage of bathroom facilities (same position needed for cleaning the floors and all), going to bed (not the same position, that'd be silly) and getting some food (only if you made a mess, then see the bathroom reference).
