i have left many a job because of the coworkers, and/or supervisors...i got to a point where i realized that as long as i did my job the best i could, who cared what they thought of me. the only aspect of my life they were a part of was 9-5. i wasn't going to miss out on making money because of how i was treated. if it gets to a point of you being miserable at work every day, there are people and organizations you can contact to resolve and and all problems...keep your chin up, and realize that you're doing nothing wrong. perhaps they're jealous of you!

Kill them, chop them up and then burn their bodies. That'll Learn 'em!

I'm just kidding in case you couldn't tell, don't freak out.

Ignore them. I know this is hard but when our co-workers make it hard to work, we have to go to work just to work. We don't need to befriend people who make their co-workers personal friends. You said these people were in some kind of cult or seemed like it, is this something you want to associate yourself with. If not, avoid them and ignore them unless you need something as far as your work is concerned.

I'm not sure what you mean by "false people", but sometimes I've found my co-workers to be reason enough to find another job. You spend a third of your time with your co-workers, so it's important to have people around you whose company you enjoy.

Most people like that are so insecure in themselvs they have to point a finger at someone else. Its the same as making a speech. Look at them and imagine all of them in their underwear, being stupid. Do your job well, ignore the idiots. And remember: If the idiots in life get to you - well they are still idiots.

I work in a place where one of my co-workers is constantly trying to get everyone in trouble. She lies to our boss, is rude and will stab you in the back in a hot minute. It used to bother me but I've learned I can work with her and just try to steer clear of her bullcrap. I'm nice and polite and I do my job. In fact I make it a point to work circles around her. Deal with it the best you can. I try to kill her with kindness but always watch your back! Try not to give them the satisfaction of knowing they're getting to you. Just do your job and do it better than them!
