Simpsons in its heydey was the greatest show in televisino history, bar none. Nowadays it's merely okay and occasionally quite funny. Family Guy was shocking and hilarious its first three years, but those haven't aged well. It's run since coming back has been AWWWWWFUL.

Being someone who has an interest in conspiracy theories, I would have to say The Simpsons and also Futurama. You probably wouldn't notice it if you weren't interested in conspiracy theories, but there are a few symbolic and cryptic themes/references in those two shows.
