Fast affective way to lose weight in a month?

Come on guys, I already know the healthy way, if I wanted to do it the slow hard way I wouldn't be sitting here asking this question.

Eat only protein and vegies-organic. and drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. Don't work out--it increases your appetite and need for glycogen. Go to a balanced 40/30/30 diet and make it natural. The weight will fall off because the crap that keeps food viable on the shelf is the same crap that makes it stick on you. And remember that someone who's four hundred pounds and working out daily is losing weight because of the calorie constriction. If you want to lose twenty--don't move.

Its simple eat less and excercise more , Im sorry sweetie but fad diets and pills dont work . Just stick to the basics

agree softkitti. unless you got money for surgery. exercise and diet control. surgery's stupid anyways, you have to exercise and diet after anyways, save your money for something else.
