    i have way too many people that would be devastated if i killed myself.
    i could live with the guilt of killing someone
    not so much the guilt of hurting everyone i love.

    there is always more than 2 options, choice is never that limiting, we often just see it as such, its a human thing

    If that was the actual choice, then it would not be murder; it would be homicide. When you have no choice other than to die, self-defense comes into play.
