That's actually a fairly high effectiveness for a flu shot. They usually hover around the low 50's.

It is worth getting it....because if you DO contract the flu....and you pass it on to an elderly person or a small child, they could very well die. Anyone who doesn't do everything they can to prevent that....well...

Not getting it, I get the Paraflu each time I take a flu shot, and it comes back at least twice after I think I'm over it. I use natural medicine, elderberry extract is good for colds and flu.
