Food allergies: How much does it affects your daily life?
I'm personally allergic to shellfish, and honey.
I've given up eating out in restaurants, since i had reactions in my life, even if they told me that there was no contact. If i eat at friends..I'm always a little worried. Gotta read all the labels, just to make sure, etc.
It's annoying to say the least. If you injected Epipen once ( shot you carry to save your life, if you have a reaction ), you know what it's like: Very unpleasant.
Not to mention all the great food i gotta miss on, because of it.
So, what is it like for you, to live with food allergies?
