    Red wine, brightly colored fruits and vegetables (the brighter the color the greater the benefit) especially blueberries - wild if you can find them, exercise, fish rich in omega 3 fatty acids, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, exercise, lean proteins, exercise and but what goes on between your ears has the greatest impact on how you age.

    Eating just a that little bit more than there is in a starvation diet.

    Anything rich in Anti-oxidants :) Blueberries, Cranberries, Beans, Walnuts, Cinnamon....
    And foods with good oils can be good for your skin, therefore slowing down the "appearance" of ageing. (eg Avocado)
