For both genders: Does this hype surrounding Robert Pattinson seem a little over the top to you?

OK, so perhaps it's died down a little now but when Twilight the movie first became big it seems that "R-Patz" (as referred to by the media) and his glorious hair, was on every teenage girl's magazine in the world. Half of the female population between 7 and 60 are in love with him but is he REALLY that "ooh la la!"? I agree he's got fantastic cheekbones and lovely eyes but is it worth it? :S :D Let it out people. Rant about him if you must. Whatever it is, I want to hear it!

Plus he's been in the biggest movies for that generation, Harry Potter, and he owns the Twilight series. Frankly, I find younger women's taste in men these days puzzling - most of the male sex objects under 30 look very effeminate to me. I watch TMZ, so I don't know most of their names, but they catch these people outside restaurants, etc., and the men are usually prettier than the females they are with. Rated: +2Vote for this!

I mean he was in films before and no-one thought nething special of him...even Harry Potter which is a huge film! As Edward he was this perfect man...but yeah, nevertheless, hes a bit hot!
