    beer is a diuretic so adding vitamins would serve no purpose, you would pee them out as you would with regular beer

    I don't quite understand the question. Alcohol inhibits the absorption of most vitamines so it would be pointless to include them in beer.

    Water is an essential part of beer making, no amount of "fiber etc.." would ever be a suitable substitute.
