No...I didn't truly start living, until I became a Christian....But, I'm still a work in progress....He's not finished with me yet.

No, not really. If I had stayed in that prior life, I would probably be in jail or dead now. I'm doing the best I can to live a better life with less of the past, but can always go back whenever I have to.

Sometimes I have to bite my lip and walk away. But other times, I have to go back to my old life because that's what the situation demands.

If you mean the cruel, selfserving, lieing, maniuplitive individual I was before, nope. Unfortunately he comes to visit sometimes. We do not become something we are not we simply have the way to say no to certian things which cause more harm to ourselves than good. The bible tells us we now have two natures the one that is selfserving and the one that is God serving and they fight against each other. Sometimes one side wins some times the other. But Jesus has given us forgivness of the past, present and future things where we will slip up and make again the wrong descion.

No, Christmas use to be a meaningless tradition, but now it not only has meaning, but it is something to celebrate and hold dear. I love living in the light of Christ and feel sorry for those who are still so far away from truly accepting him that they actually miss the time that they spent in the dark. If you miss not being a Christian, then you are not a true Christian!

I've got to agree with tat2doc. I don't miss who I was but sometimes you have to step back into that role.

Nope..cos there was nothing much to miss..previously I never was soooo cool.. now, I know someone cares about me and can do something about stuff that I cant handle..so I dont miss my old life..I just wish I had known earlier that God loves me so deeply and I have been made righteous and that all my past present and future sins are forgiven..It would have saved me a lot of trouble!!

Too bad..its really true that ignorance is the root of so many problems..and thank God atleast now I know!!!
