    Free time... not really, but time to shower sh^t, and shaving, Cooking cleaning laundry, school, homework, shopping, playing with the kids watching tv, internet use and visiting with friends.

    2 hours getting ready for work & commuting
    1 hour cooking, eating & washing afterwards
    1 hour household chores, homework with kids
    4 hours time with family, friends, tv, EP etc
