keeping busy, stop thinking about how it will make you feel at the end of it. i still do it when everything just becomes too much, but i walk now, read on pieces of paper of what is happening in my own mind.

I never cutting, neither the urges to do it, but when I feeling like my life is s***, I count what I have, what I've been blessed with and then look other who not lucky as I am, that make me feel somewhat better. <br />
