    Yes, just like it would matter for any friend or relationship. I just want someone to be who they are - issues and all. Don't fake it, don't put on a show, just talk to me and be normal.

    I can't stand a man who is always questioning himself and needs to be constantly reassured. It's okay to be like that SOMETIMES - but generally, he should know what he wants in life and know what he's capable of doing.

    Not really - other personality traits make the difference.
    If he's confident but also has negative personality traits, such as vanity and selfishness - then he's to be avoided like the plague.
    If he's confident but also has other positive personality traits, such as honesty and generosity, then he's a keeper.
