I was looking for a way to get rid of some pears and found this - it is so good.
Simply put, quesadillas with pepperjack cheese, pears, onions and banana peppers. And I bought the expensive tortilla shells - the kind with tomato and basil in the dough. Anyone hungry? :)

    I love quesadillas...but, I don't know if I'm diggin the pears in it. Let Mmmmme know how they turn out/taste.

    They were wonderful. You couldn't really tell the pears were there except for the bit of sweetness. :)
