Hmmmmm......kinda sit on the fence over this one....<br />

By and large, due to exposure to other ethnic types there's certainly more mutual appreciation and respect upon finding a common ground with people.....<br />
<br />
But, with the economic climate as it is I feel that some parts of society - the disillusioned - tend to look for reasons why.....and this always has a nasty habit of turning to either, a) class structure - poor, middle class, upperclass etc - and, b) ethnicity....<br />
<br />
So.....generally good but there's niggles there about how others have affected their freedoms....<br />

Possibly less racist but not universally so. As for open minded, well they have plenty of space to fill so I'd say a blank sheet and how they end up will depend on who is teaching them and influencing them
