Getting to bed early, leaving computer about an hour or 2 before?
I'm kinda addicted to the computer and I will say hey I'm going to bed 11-11:30, then I end up staying up until 3 or 4. It's a horrible habit because I wake up super late or I'm tired, even if I get up at 12 or 1 on the weekends, I feel like crap. Have you been able to beat your going to bed late? I wouldn't mind going to bed late if I was hanging out or doing a hard study session, but essentially I waste my time and go to bed late. Oh yeah I take like 1-2hr naps if I've had a hard night, how do I get myself not to nap?
