I would try to talk to him...he's got 3 chances. If he continues to do it...bite him back. Not hard...but hard enough. Children do not have the capability to comprehend the ramifications of their actions, until they experience it themselves. My nephew went through a period where he was doing this...finally he bit another child so hard he the broke skin. My sister flipped...bit him...he never ever did it again.

My daughter was not a biter but a pincher, it was only when she was pinched back "hard" that she stopped. So yeah, sorry but agree bite him back so he can understand how much it hurts.
