I think diets can't help you a lot. That can work partially and for some period of time but not forever and it's not good for your health (once you can stop and suddenly to ruin that... your stomach then is possible to want many more than now or you to fall down on the ground just because your organism needs from some things who you keep to not eat)... One way of diet is just eat less... sometimes as addition is maybe eat less but more often. I think is good to eat everything but all organisms (I mean all people) work in different way... That mean some people needs from more as amouth from one something (one kind of food) and less as amouth of other something or for some never mind that... I think is good to eat less sugar and less salt foods. The food in the shops sometimes or often is not healthy... sometimes they add some things who are not good, sometimes you can't read all content or you can't understand or you don't know what mean this content for your body. That is reason I to think the food of the nature is good. This food is fruits and vegitables. I don't think that mean always to stop to eat other foods but is healthy for you to increase as amout fruits and vegitables. Right doses are important... some people drink alcohol and they are good but other people drink alcohol and become drunk. Maybe is good to learn more about which food is healthy and which food is not healthy... Food with good taste not mean that this food is healthy. The sporting is good something too (one or few miles walking can help you and especially if you do that everyday then you can see good results one year latter, if you want to move more fast then maybe is good to use bike other sport who is good for all parts of the body is swiming) to be more healthy (don't overload self... else that is maybe not healthy or not so good), to be more long time alive or for longer life (of cource that depend of food too and maybe one way is without alcohol).

    P10.

Focuses on getting your hormones to the correct levels, versus calorie counting.

Once your body is "tuned up" and running like a machine, you find that it self regulates weight and tone much better.

No good diets. It needs to be a lifestyle change. Eat huge amounts of fruit, vegetables, whole grains and beans. Limit meat, fats and refined carbohydrates.
Read Nathan Pritikins books. Or Dean Ornish, MD. He is former president Clintons cardioligist.
