    Not brutality because I avoid violence whenever possible, but I've had several encounters with police just begging for a fight and who brazenly break the law whenever they think they can get away with it.

    police? no. security? yes.
    got 'accused' of stealing something. I was halfway around the block when I had them chasing after me.
    I got thrown down to the grown and dragged BACK to the store where they came from, where I got further abused, and they forcibly took my ID from me.
    the police were called, only to find out there was no evidence of me stealing anything.

    (btw. the seattle police are douchebags).

    I despise in-store security.

    I think there is a line where police need to use restraint but then again...if someone is hopped up on PCP and coming at you, I think Police brutality is in order
