1. read the book "Six Thinking Hats" from Edward de Bono... without a doubt one of the moste helpful book I had to read in university...<br />

2. write your thoughts / challenges (use different colours for different categories) on post-it notes and stick them to the wall....<br />
<br />
group and cluster similar notes and see patterns emerge...<br />
<br />
...add another colour note for actions to address the grouped thoughts and actions....
