A good massage.
Sometimes we have to do it our self. I often do it myself.
go to your happy place or try to distract yourself from the paiun thats wat i usually do.
i know but 'happy place' is a reference to a place in your mind it's a figurative place.
well have youy tried those pain wraps? they are called "Thermo wraps" they come in all sizes for the neck, back, or where ever you need them, they warm up, then cool down, and they last eight hours...I had a bad back injury a while ago, then I used them to help relax the pain, and just help relax period, they work great!! and yes you should go and see a Dr as well :)
Heat patches might help :-)

If it is bad, get medical help.
Stay warm and be patient. Try massazing yourself if you can, to get the circulation going.
Put a scurf on or something.
