I can usually make out what people are trying to say, but confess that there have been times where I couldn't no matter how many times I re-read what they said. I don't mind misspellings so much, but really dislike when people don't use any punctuation, and their writing reads as one long run-on sentence that has more turns than a pretzel does.
I also admit to some amusement about people who complain that no one understands them when their extremely poor writing gives a strong indicator that they're not understood because they can't communicate in a capable and comprehensible manner. Before understanding can occur, comprehension has to take place. Since comprehension is hugely dependent on the level of communication that occurs, the better a person writes, the better that person can be comprehended and understood.
If I wanted to, I could be extremely creative and descriptive with insults and threats. Fortunately, people are spared from me inflicting literary-trauma on them - not because I'm an exceptionally nice guy, but because I generally find that most things aren't worth the bother of fighting about. :-)
I can be a bit hypocritical because I get annoyed when people confuse your and you're but then I do that sometimes too. I also always mix up to and too, it's and its. I know the difference, I just don't always think about it
Means yu these tpye a erors?
I only comment on those when the mistake gives their question an entirely different meaning than they wanted. Then it's just funny.
The context of what someone is saying can become quite amusing when they accidentally use the word "bare" instead of "bear" in what they are saying. :-P
If you say "not only" when writing, you should use "but also" when making the rest of your point.
I am the Field Marshall of grammar Nazis.
I don't get grammar Nazi on people online. I leave that routine for the office. Such as whenever I have to write a paper with several colleagues.
Speak incorrectly to me, baby! LOL
I don't have a problem with the spelling and grammar errors, as long as it's still legible. There some on here I just have no idea what they are saying.
Makes me crazy
