HELP! I'm either having a computer issue or an EP issue. (See below)

I cannot tell if I am having problems with my pc or if it's Experience Project's issue. Regarding the Notification Symbol near the Log Out section, after I access the notification botton, my number doesn't change. It keeps accumulating since the other day and I cannot get the notification button to go down to and show ZERO.

Hope that made sense. I'm tired.

    it's a problem with ep not your computer I'm having the same problem
