Erm, no? You need to actually eat to survive. The best thing to do is actually eat small meals thoughout the day to keep your metabolism going. Starvation will not help you lose weight in the long run, once you start to eat again it will pile back on.

If your goal is to lose weight, then you have it backwards. You need to have a good healthy breakfast, a good healthy lunch and then a snack around 5pm. And then skip dinner. You will be losing pounds and not stressing out your body to the point of hair loss and skin and nail issues.
