    Chop potatoes and mince onions, diced corned beef, and pepper- stuff turkey
    slices of corned beef over turkey to baste the bird while it roasts
    roast on rack;

    steam over Guinness

    I can COOK- this is easy- PLEASE do not make anything green- no one will eat it- pasta with pesto as someone suggested is great as well as any green salad- I'd do lettuve, peppers, q-cimbers-etc- see what's freshest with a light lime vinegtrette (1/4 cup lime juice to ea 1/2 cup olive oil salt pepper to taste dash water

    Lets have a wake for it, before ya cook it....

    Infused guinness would soften that tough ol' turkey up!

    Well, you could make all Irish side dishes, or serve alot of green vegi's around it. I do have a green dressing recipe if you want, but basically if you add a full bunch of fresh parsley to any dressing recipe it will turn it pretty green. Serve the turkey on a bed bed of Kale &/ or other green, leafy vegi.

    Serve it with green side-dishes.
    Put something green on it. Go to a cheap store and add some green decorations to it.
