HOW DO I START LIVING AGAIN?

I've been a recluse for a few years now but i want to start livin again. please give me some suggestions on how or where to start these baby steps.

GoldenPrincess	Posted Aug 31st, 2009 at 5:38AM hey summerb. i don't know how much of a recluse you are... maybe you could go and walk around the block. do this until you find comfortable. then go to the shops, but only if you are ready. after that, like joywish and lovepitbulls stated, join something you enjoy doing to meet other people. again always feeling comfortable enough. just keep on being kind to yourself. like you yourself said, baba steps :) hope the world smiles at you in you endeavours... sstmofadwn	Posted Aug 31st, 2009 at 7:55AM I guess it would depend on how bad it is for you. go exercise, yoga helps.. do something you wouldn't normally do.. go get a crazy hair cut or go dye your hair a different color, auburn, blonde, black, purple, whatever.. in other words you have to forget about this lifestyle and man up to the plate and take control of your life NOW.
