Take some time off, for yourself! Go out and run, listen to music without interruptions, draw! Or anything that gives you time for yourself!

Take warm -not hot- shower or bath. Snuggle up in a throw or a favorite robe and stretch out on a couch or bed. Close your eyes and veg out. If you fall asleep, well and good; you'll feel better in the morning.
