Hair Problem!?

Hey i had curly long hair i went to the hairdresser to get a texture and the hairdresser put perm on it an did not realize when i was tried of it straight i wet it and realize it wasn't curly anymore i got really mad and missed my curly hair so i cut it but now is curly in the roots and straight it the ends and it grows really slow what do you consider?
