    For a mortal soul ... to an extent - Yes ... once senses n the body are at ease in all circumstances, the road to Bliss can be taken.

    Well my body tells me what is needed when I am in touch with all my being. It is a rather good feeling.

    I think happiness starts with spiritual peace. If your mind and soul is in a happy place you will feel at ease in your body too.
