I've been lucky enough so far not to have it. The Saw Palmetto I take - approved by Harvard Medical school - may have helped. I have heard surgery isn't a great option and that of cancers prostate isn't as aggressive as other kinds, so perhaps (GET MEDICAL ADVICE) you can live with it. I know of people having lymph node cancer and not requiring surgery to live. Best wishes and good luck!!!<br />
FYI my Mom passed last year...she'd had cancer removed 3 years ago and was OK for awhile but it invaded her lung this time and at 83 she resigned herself to letting go...:(
