Don't know what brand you have, but mine is the easiest thing ever.
Add rice, add water. Press the button. That's it.

I dont understand why people even buy rice cookers. Rice is not that difficult to cook.
I should know, I can't even cook and I can make rice. A rice cooker is just another small appliance that you have to find storage for....and clean!!!!

it's very easy. measure your rice, measure your water, throw them all together, put on the lid, and press the button.
mine is a cheapie so i have to fluff the rice after it finishes cooking.

its the measurements that you have to be careful on... if its too little water or too much it turns out burnt or soggy... lol if you live where i do then a 8 year old can teach you!!

not yet; I'm hoping to buy one in the future when I can afford it. hopefully; you kept the receipt maybe you can return it; and buy a better one.
