it's not recently but not long ago my dad introduced me to SUSHI, and i introduced it to my family. yes at first we all though 'ewww' but once we tried it, we wanted more. it seems disgusting at first but in my opinion i'm glad i tried it. you won't like it though if you don't like rice or fish so sorry if you don't like them!

As for a new recipie, Panzanella Salad. To die for
Asiago Cheese. I used to love the sharpest cheddar they can make but now my favorite cheese is Asiago.
