Yes. I thought they where Grandmal seizures at first, then I tried to look it up online, I had even looked up seizures online and came across that. The doctor couldn't do anything for me either.
I seem to get them more when I'm stressed out. I also get a warning before i fall asleep, I get this falling-like feeling..it's really scary waking up and not being able to move, look or being able to breath properly.Like (2)

Same. I have had seizures in my life before and that's all I could think about but I couldn't explain the fact that I was conscious and aware of my surroundings, yet I could barely open my eyes or breath. I don't know how I did it, or even if I was but I would move my left leg back and forth until i eventually woke up. The weird thing was that everything else I could barely move and if I did, my heart would race really fast...Like (1)

It is the scariest......I've experienced it a few times and the fact that you're awake in the dream and can't move, scream or get yourself out of there is terrifying......I feel for you .
