I am not sure what ground chicken or turkey is? but I wont eat it if the bird has been pumped with anitibiotics, I eat venison from animals in their natural habitat, the meat is very lean and very healthy and tastes good, if you shoot a good size Kudu or Eland and have a medium size family, you can have meat for the whole family every night for over 6 months, it also keeps your teeth healthy and strong, some people these days cant even chew, from the lack of eating healthy meat.

Never brought ground turkey/chicken nor to my knowledge eaten it. Would imagine once you start cooking it, the fat would just run off.

Really! When heat is applied I thought the fat turned to liquid, would not buy it, rather buy the meat whole and grind it myself.
