dude, like ALL the time. it's really annoying. i hate smoking and i hate not smoking. it's such a disaster.

yes... many times, until I found the easyway method....you need to get yourself a copy of easyway by allen carr...very easy to find on the internet or most major bookstores will carry it...it is the ONLY way I know of to become free from the nicotine trap...and it is a trap and a con and an insidious brainwashing...you need to reprogram your mind cause that is where the key to true freedom lies... I'm not talking through my arse here... I stopped a miserable 20 year addiction 3 years ago and have no desire, urge, need or want to light up ever again... do yourself a favor!
