Has anyone ever heard of or had Intersection Syndrome?

Its called Intersection Syndrome, and well I have it. You can look it up but what I know is that it has to do with the wrists and forearm pain because the muscles in the forearm swell and its what causes the pain. I'm 17 and have had it for years. I just wanted to know if anyone know if the treatment works or if the surgery works better so I can just get rid of it after all and be able to do things I used to do.

I read on Wikipedia that it is not carpal tunnel syndrome it has to do with the muscles on the thumb side and it is quite painful. It can be caused by repetitive movements such as rowing. I hope you get an answer to your question and I hope your pain is relieved soon.
