Has anyone ever used hair, skin, and nail pills/vitamins?

If so, what brand? How long did you take them? Did they work?

Ok go to Walmart and on the bottom shelf you will see these pink bottles of Prenatal vitamins. Take those for about a month and your hair will get stronger, your nails longer, your skin somewhat clearer, and your teeth whiter. Ok I lied about the tooth thing but the other things are true. I take prenatal vitamins often for this reason.

when I broke my arm in high school and had surgery on it I had scars. They don't go away and one was a keloid. Well, they said to put vitamin E and there was this other thing called sylvodine cream they gave me. Actually, the vitamin e helped it heal faster. The sylvodine cream...smelled bad but I can't remember if it helped.

The pink bottle fungirl mentioned. They work, when I'm on them, I get man-ish hairy legs if I don't shave every other day.

brewers yeast is excellent for hair and skin...lots of b vitamins. and its also good for lowering blood sugar with the chromium.

Vitamin E for skin; most people guess I'm much younger so it seems it worked, but it was a lifetime discipline. E is an antioxidant, so are A and C. Any antioxidant slows aging of everything. Folic acid neutralizes the effect of homocysteine, a by product amino acid said to be bad 4U.

i have used them and they work.i use the GNC brand. if you really want your hair to grow fast, try crushing birth control pills to your shampoo. Believe it or not, a nun taught me that in high school. my hair grows superfast. they are hard to crush though. also, taking prenatal vitamins helps nails and hair grow.

GNC women's ultra mega. its good for everything. also primrose oil is wonderful for skin, pms etc.
