I think, personally, that if you really let your body affect you that much then you can never truly be happy with yourself. Just my opinion though.

I lost about 8-10 kg (around 20lbs) this summer. Cycled 10 km to and from the swimming pool and swam for 1 hr there daily for a month. No noticeable growth of muscles though, but I am pretty happy with my body now with my BMI at a comfortable 22.7.

yes i know a friend of mine was fat like people in "the biggest loser" TV show and he went to Jim and became slim with powerful muscles

okay first be in a diet then practice alot and go to jim.you must have a good willpower and discipline to do it. anything can be achieved but you must be enthusiastic and you can do it . :)Like (1)

I've found that if I get too obsessive about weight or exercise I'm actually less happy with my body. Obsessing is not attractive...I'm happiest with my body with moderation I think
